How monthly retainers work
Nobody is split
Whoever is assigned to you works on your account only. No dividing a designer across three agencies, no relearning your standards every few weeks.
Two week ramp-up
The first fortnight goes into learning your brand standards, your tools, and how you like to work. Output rises sharply after that.
Time does not roll over
Unlike an hours package, reserved capacity cannot carry forward. You are paying for people held for you, whether or not the work arrives.
Illness and leave are covered
If anyone on your team is unavailable, we backfill internally at no extra cost. Your timeline does not move because of our staffing.
Overflow is quoted separately
Work beyond your retainer's capacity is quoted at standard project rates. We tell you before it happens, never after.
Capacity is limited
We only take on as many retainers as we can genuinely staff. If we are full, we will tell you and give you a realistic start date.
Add to Any Retainer
Your retainer covers design and build. These run alongside it monthly for everything around that. Add or drop them with 30 days notice, independent of your retainer term.
